Strategic roles we provide typically include:
- Capital needs assessments and funding planning for acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth, and to facilitate changes in ownership - including ownership and management transitions in family owned businesses
- Corporate planning - including strategic and short, intermediate and long term execution plans
- Serving on Boards of Directors, and implementing corporate governance and internal structure and systems
- Assisting our partner with the restructuring, reorganization and identification of distinct business units in order to unlock the full potential of profitable lines of business and to separate challenged lines of business so that they may be dealt with individually.
