Sow Kam Ng, a native of Singapore, is a dynamic and multicultural senior executive with broad functional experience in general management, sales and marketing, product development and sourcing, manufacturing, engineering and finance. Sow Kam has career-long experience in working with U.S. and European multinational corporations to develop their presence in the Asia-Pacific region. She also has extensive experience in developing global strategies for multinational companies in coordination with American and European executives.

Most recently, Sow Kam has served as a senior executive for Hilti International Corporation, a $2 billion global manufacturing and direct sales company of specialty products and services for the construction industry. At Hilti, she was responsible for the development of Hilti's market penetration strategy for the Asia-Pacific Region.

Prior to joining Hilti, Sow Kam served as the managing director for Lennox Asia Pacific and had overall strategic and P&L responsibilities for Lennox operations in Asia. At Lennox, she was extremely successful in establishing a greenfield manufacturing operation in China and in establishing Lennox as the technology leader in the commercial refrigeration and heat transfer industries. Of particular note, Sow Kam positioned Lennox as the only non-Chinese member of the esteemed China Heat Transfer Association.

In 1979, Sow Kam earned her degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, and her MBA from Hawaii Pacific University in 1990. Sow Kam began her career as an electrical engineer with Thomson Consumer Electronics and then, after obtaining an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, she became the Treasurer for Thomson Multimedia Asia operations. From there, Sow Kam became the Regional Treasurer for Thermo King Asia Pacific, and thereafter the Vice President of Sales for Thermo King Asia Pacific.
